Shipping Policy – FQ Brand

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed after 5 PM CET, or during weekends and European public holidays, will be processed the next business day.

2. Delivery Regions & Times

  • Europe (Standard Shipping): 4–7 business days
  • United Kingdom: 3–5 business days
  • Rest of World (where available): 7–14 business days (subject to customs processing)

Note: Delivery times include both order processing and carrier transit.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and chosen service.
  • Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over €150 within Europe.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email, so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or beyond our supported regions.
  • Orders may be restricted based on destination country regulations or carrier limitations.

6. Customs & Duties

  • For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • These charges are typically collected by your local customs office or the shipping carrier.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages
